What's the real difference between the two plans?
Both plans include identical monitoring across every channel and weekly reports with immediate alerts. The difference is what happens next. With Watch, we give you the templates and you take the next step yourself. With Watch + Enforce, we draft the actual letter, find the infringer’s contact details, and submit it on your behalf once you approve.
How do the volume discounts work?
Volume discounts apply automatically to your entire account. At 3–9 marks, your rate drops to $125/month on Watch. At 10 or more marks, it drops to $115/month. The discount applies to all marks, not just the ones over the threshold.
Can I upgrade from Watch to Watch + Enforce later?
Yes, any time. Your monitoring history and all your mark data carry over completely. The upgrade takes effect immediately and your next billing cycle reflects the new rate.
What does "we submit on your behalf" actually mean?
On Watch + Enforce, when you approve an action, we handle the full submission — filing the USPTO opposition, sending the cease-and-desist letter, submitting the Amazon Brand Registry complaint, or filing the DMCA takedown. You review and approve; we execute. For complex legal matters requiring a licensed attorney, we refer you to our network of IP specialists.
Is there a minimum commitment or contract?
No contract on monthly plans. Cancel or pause any time. Firm plans require a minimum of 10 marks to access wholesale pricing. Annual billing is available if you’d like to lock in a rate.
What if I'm not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all plans. If your first month’s report doesn’t deliver clear value, we’ll refund your payment in full — no questions asked.
